Bucculatrix ulmella Zeller, 1848

Wingspan: 7-8mm

Imago: A bivoltine species flying April to June and again from August to mid-September when it is attracted to light and has been recorded from all oak woodland sites and the Las Descargues garden traps.

Larva: Despite its name the species is an oak Quercus feeder. The gallery mine is formed close to the leaf midrib.
