Phycita roborella ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)

Wingspan: 24-29mm

A univoltine species; flies from June to August when it is attracted to light and has been recorded from all broadleaved woodland sites where oak is dominant.

Larvae feed on oak Quercus, Malus, Pyrus etc. Pupation takes place in leaf litter or in soil.
