Acleris aspersana (Hubner, [1814-17])

Wingspan: 11-16mm

A univoltine species on the wing from June to September when it is an infrequent visitor to the lights at Las Descargues. A species of chalk and limestone meadows, heathland and wetlands.

Larvae feed on Potentilla, Spiraea and Poterium sanguisorba etc.
